The aim of master thesis "The system of employees appraisal in ŠIMEK 96, spol. s r.o." is design of a appraising employee performance including ties to employee rewarding and developing. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes principles of appraising employee performance, employee rewarding and employee developing. The practical part is divided i analytical and application part. In analytical part is describes actual situation in company. In application part are describe several options of appraising employee performance system including link to other personal agency. The conclusion contains evaluation and recommendation to implementation.

The diploma thesis is focused on human resources management in a selected company. The theoretical part deals with individual personnel activities from the perspective of Czech and foreign authors. The practical part contains the analysis of personnel activities in the selected company. The main part is an analysis of a questionnaire survey, which contains detailed information about the current situation in individual departments from the perspective of employees. In the final part of the thesis are improvement proposals and conclusion. The aim of thesis is to evaluate the current state of human resources management in the selected company and determine proposals for improvement.

The presented rigorous work on the topic of a systemic approach to the education of line managers in the corporation CIUR, a. s., Is focused on the creation and implementation of an educational model directly for a specific corporation and the design of measures to improve the education system. This is an area where early implementation in practice can be expected. The theoretical part of the rigorous thesis deals with the education of line managers, which is considered a necessary step to increase competitiveness and reduce costs (complaints, scrap products). It describes individual areas of systematic education in the corporation, supports the implementation of IT technologies in teaching, the importance of which is currently invaluable. Furthermore, in the field of education of line managers, it solves educational needs, design of optimal educational methods and forms, development of competencies or use of talent management for education. The aim of this master thesis is to explore the process of learning and development of workers in the Czech industrial company dealing with the manufacture of tires. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part the content of methods and processes as well as the principles of staff learning and development are explained. The practical part contains the analysis of the principles and methods used in the education and development of workers in a particular enterprise, focused on the administrative and manual workers. As part of the conducted analysis measures to improve the process of staff education and development are proposed.

This master thesis on the theme Educational activities of a chosen company deal with the program for graduates called ČP Naděje which is organized by Česká pojišťovna. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one explains the terms of human resources and human capital and characterize the concept of personnel work. There is also derived from knowledge of organizational structures how important human resources are for organizations. The second chapter is about adult education. This chapter consists of learning process characterization and determination of position of corporate learning and development in the educational system. The third chapter deals with the corporate training and development. There are mentioned personnel planning, recruitment and selection of new workers because these come before training and development of human resources. The fourth chapter focuses on the company Česká pojišťovna and its human resources department. The fifth chapter discusses the program for university graduates ČP Naděje. This chapter describes the form and development of the program. There are discussed the results of questionnaire survey performed among the program participants. The final chapter includes also comparison of the program ČP Naděje with program for graduates organized by competing company.

The Influence of Economic Crisis in Techo, a.s.

This Thesis contains theoretical and practical part. The theory clarifies basic terms concerning the economic crisis, the field of human resources and defines the terms of merger and acquisition. Then, this theoretical part presents a period of economic crisis in the light of macroeconomic indicators and other indicators that brings near the specifics of this period. The practical part analyses two fields in the Techo Corporation -- the field of human resources and the company's strategy in the form of acquisition. According to the analysis, in the end of this Thesis, there are summarized impacts of economic crisis onto the analyzed field of human resources. There also appears a review of realized acquisition in the end of this work.
